It seems that most of this patch is just adding cegcc* to existing
case statements.
Due to FSF rules, patches should be submitted by the author Patches
should be mailed to the libtool-patches list for review. If the patch
is not a trivial one, then a contract needs to be signed with the FSF
to assign the copyright for the work to the FSF.
The current libtool release is 2.2 so the current release needs to be
updated as well. We expect an update release for 2.2 in a couple of
weeks, but there is currently no forecast for another 1.5.X release.
