Howto recreate *.la file

Hi all,

I have crosscompile a lot of stuff for an embedded target. It is 
possible to recrate the *.la
file with the target path without use regular expression?

For the
dependency_libs=

and
lib_dir=

The paths depends on the temp installation directory. So for example:

/home/michael/build/usr/lib

in
/usr/lib
