Yeah, that has the same bug.

That one's not for you, normally. IIUC it's for the development of, not
with, MSYS.

When you build stuff yourself, it matters where you install it. Some
directories are treated specially by the MSYS runtime. Please see the
MinGW wiki for details.
Anyway, I still don't see why we should care, as long as the Libtool
release is done with Automake 1.11.1 (which our configure.ac ensures).
