Could you produce an url for the CD program? I didn't know it (or maybe
I'm mistaking it with some other. When you say that deadline for Spain
is 1st Martch 2004, I guess it is also a mistake, and it was earlier (if
not, I don't get the rest of the paragraph ;-) ).

We have to do it anyway to start deciding. So, I guess it is a rather
good idea. We have some rough approximations for the papers we have to
present to the funding institution of the first phase of the design (the
Regional Government of Madrid). We can put them in the website asap.
