Well, I had not that much feedback about this, and the deadline is
really close now. I still guess we could do it, since a (probably large)
part of the work is similar to that we made for the CD proposal. But in
any case, I'd like you to have a careful look at the proposal, and tell
us whether you think it is doable, and want to join.

In particular, I'd like you to have a look at the conditions for master
programs. From reading it, I get the impression that we should prepare a
really integrated program to qualify for the program.
