Hi everyone,

I am Jun Iio, a staff researcher of Information Technology Research
Dept., Mitsubishi Research Institute, Inc. Japan. We are working on a
project about human resource development with regard to open source
softwares. Now we are trying to make a guideline for teaching OSS
development, sponsored by Japanese government.

I am also a member of the HRD sub-wg in Asia OSS symposium.
In this group, the tentative AsiaOSS HRD plans for the three
categories of people (End-User, Developer, Administrator) are being
discussed. Especially I am very interested in higher educations for
the FLOSS (,F/OSS, or OSS) developers.

We are looking for good examples of such an educational course on 
OSS development. I would like to participate in the meeting in
Barcelona on January 20th.
