Hello,

This error just means the directory ~/Mail/inbox does not exist.  Most 
likely, you have not created it (with mkdir).

After installing nmh you should run install-mh which will by default 
create ~/Mail if not already here.

The inbox directory is where you Mail Delivery Agent should store your 
incoming email.  Have you setup a MDA to do this?  nmh can act as a MDA 
or you can opt for another MDA like fetchmail, procmail, offlineimap, etc.
