Report all the facts:

- Using Octave GUI 7.2.0 on Microsoft Windows 10 Home 21H2. I start with a
window that has four tabs on the bottom: Command Window, Documentation,
Variable Editor, and Editor. I click on Command Window tab to activate it, I
drag its header and undock it. I then try to drag it to the right edge of the
screen to dock it there. A blue highlight shows at the are where the window
could dock. I release the left mouse button, window shows as docked briefly
and program instantly crashes. Once I restart the program, I again see the
four tabs at the bottom of the main window.

Give a short, specific, complete example:

- As above.

Justify your expectations briefly:

- I expect the Command Window to dock in the highlighted area without the
program crashing. I would like to be able to then drag and resize the window
while it's docked.
