Did you modify all the points in the field and the home position of the 
aircraft?  Use a text editor to check every lat and long point.  Also, 
if you have a LEA-5H GPS, make sure that you have the -DUSE_LAT_LONG (or 
something, it's in the wiki) set in your airframe file - Paparazzi 
Centre (behind the GCS window) will report an error and place your 
aircraft somewhere weird if that is what's wrong.
