Hi,

Sorry about that: Everybody prefer to develop code, simulate and fly 
than to write documentation.
And I know it is not the right way ... each time somebody has to answer 
a "basic" question on the mailing list.

For the navigation routines, everything is in the sw/airborne/*nav*.h 
files. The best way would be to put the documentation in there and 
extract it with doxygen.
