Hi Norman,

I had exactly the same problem when I first tried flying in auto2.
What the other guys have said is correct. Hit the "Launch" button before 
flying. but what is missing is the reason why.
If we look at the basic flight plan.
In the Launch section of the flight plan kill_throttle is set to be 0 (false) 
where it was previously set to 1 (true) in the Wait GPS stage.

PS: I'm yet to get a good auto2 flight myself and it'll be a while as I don't 
have a plane at the moment to try with. :-(
