Sven,
You can use a module called "Sys mon". It measures CPU load & activity.
For further info see:

Subject: [Paparazzi-devel] How to check timing?
Hi,
How can I check if the cpu (TWOG) is fast enough for a given update
rate? Is there for example an option to get the time left for the main
loop?
Thanks a lot!
Sven
