[Paparazzi-devel] some features and fixes for the master branch

Hi all,

just a quick update on some additions and fixes:
* merged the dev branch back into master
** fix issue with truncated output in Paparazzi center
** new uart driver
** google maps version is fetched from web if possible
** more cam_control modes and stuff form cam branch

* some new sensor modules (thx Bruzzlee)
