Hi,

that is a bit surprising, since the packages were built on launchpad
explicitly for lucid.

Can you please post the output of
dpkg -s ivy-c
and
dpkg -s libpcre3

My hunch is that libpcre3 you have is too old, if that is the case I
can try building a new package for lucid...
