Hi and thank you very much for your time and help.
I am already a member of dialout and plugdev groups  but no luck.
I also checked the udev rules and everything is fine.
I know i may sound strange but i am a little frustrated with 12.04 LTS
I think Ubuntu 12.04 is a precise fail, too many problems with too many 
programs
like Eagle, the computer freezes  etc and i am not the only one...
I think i will revert back to 10.04 which is i think the best of all.
