Hi Felix,

I added the FG_2_4 define when I switched to 2.4. I was still getting errors though. After sorting out Apt and installing FlightGear 3.0 everything works as expected.

It should also work with FG2.4, but you have to add the define FG_2_4 since they use an older native interface: https://wiki.paparazziuav.org/wiki/FlightGear#Using_FlightGear_for_Visualization

I forgot to mention before that I'm using Ububtu 12.04. I'm not sure what version of FlightGear I had installed previously, it was probably 2.4. I removed the existing installation and tried to install 3.0 from the Launchpad PPA. I'm not sure what is going wrong but apt keeps insisting on installing 2.4. I guess it is using the Debian/Ubuntu repo instead. I have another PC with Ubuntu 12.04 and FG 3.0 which works as expected.
