Hi,
it may be possible, but with a lot of restrictions.
Currently the code is to large to fit in 128Kbytes.
You have to deactivate a lot of messages.
The new autopilots use the STM32 M4 types.

Cheap pcbs  are the Ollimex  STM32 H405  (15-18 Euro)
https://www.olimex.com/Products/ARM/ST/STM32-H405/,
or the STM Discovery F4  also about  17 Euros with a debug interface.
You can use the  interface with other STM32  systems

In combination with with the drotek 10DOM IMU (http://www.drotek.fr/shop/en/home/62-imu-10dof-mpu6050-hmc5883-ms5611.html)
you can built a autopilot  below  50 Euros.

This pcb's run out of the box with paparazzi after same time to learn the configuration.
