After reading up about these tests, it seems to me that the hardest
part would be the calculation of the distribution of the Studentised
Range statistic.
If somebody volunteers to contribute an algorithm for that. Or
at least a resource giving detailed description of how to do it,
then this requirement is probably reasonably simple.
