Hi Ben,

it depends on the version of perl you use. The problem started when I updated the virtual machine in the ci setup.

I made the debian 1.6.2-2 release where I disabled the perl module. The regression now works agains for i386 and armhf such that pspp will not be removed from debian and ubuntu.
