[PATCH 0/3] hw/mips: Cleanup in preparation of heterogenous prototype

Prepare few MIPS hardware to be integrated in a
heterogeneous machine:
- Restrict MIPS-specific HW declaration to target/mips/
- Replace MIPSCPU by ArchCPU in common HW
