[RFC PATCH v3 44/78] hw/m68k/mcf_intc.c: add fallthrough pseudo-keyword

In preparation of raising -Wimplicit-fallthrough to 5, replace all
fall-through comments with the fallthrough attribute pseudo-keyword.
