[PATCH v13 08/11] virtio-sound: handle VIRTIO_SND_R_PCM_RELEASE

[Manos Pitsidianakis]

Handle the PCM release control request, which is necessary for flushing
pending sound IO. No IO is handled yet so currently it only replies to
the request.
