Steve,1) FYI: Links to the registration server have been posted at the conference web site at:

I'll add more detail and "pretty it up" shortly. Please send suggestions on anything at the entire SwarmFest web site.
2) Right now, I've reserved the conference facilities all day Sunday (June 25, 2006) for SwarmFest Tutorial(s) -- morning until 6:00 pm.
They include as many as 4 rooms that could hold 25 each.We've listed the fee for the Sunday tutorial as $45 for students and $95 for all others. How the proceeds from the tutorial session(s) is used is up to the SDG, e.g., subsidize travel costs of the instructor (s). The registration server lists the Sunday tutorial as a registration option.
3) My understanding is that Mike North and Bill Rand are available to provide tutorial sessions all day Sunday, June 26 on RePast and NetLogo -- (a somewhat longer version of their NAACSOS tutorial offered Wednesday evening, June 21). Mike and/or Bill -- please confirm?
4) One issue to consider is whether there will be enough demand for 2 parallel tutorial sessions on Sunday? It sure makes sense to have a Swarm tutorial at a SwarmFest! On the other hand, several requests have come in for NetLogo, Mason, and RePast tutorials!
5) Just a clarification:

6) Thursday, June 22nd will be a reception, with food and music (provided by Notre Dame). This will be a joint reception for both NAACSOS and SwarmFest.
We might be able schedule a SwarmFest dinner or reception on Friday and/or Saturday evenings also.
So ... an evening tutorial on either Friday or Saturday could be an option, depending on whether we have a SwarmFest dinner either of those evenings.
