We never know until the last minute because nobody ever submits until 
the last minute. Guessing from previous years, I think if we divide up 
our two days into 20-min. talks we can fill them. (also factoring in a 
couple of longer talks by featured speakers.)

I wasn't going to worry about scheduling the contributed talks until the 
week before the conference, since that's the way it usually goes.
