Bug in GNU Prolog configuration file for Logtalk

Hi!

The GNU Prolog configuration file for Logtalk (http://www.logtalk.org/) 
contains a bug that results in problems with abolishing dynamic 
entities. The solution for this problem is very simple. Edit the 
configuration file for GNU Prolog (configs/gnu.config), and change the 
line 191 to read:

'$lgt_default_flag'(code_prefix, '').
