[xougen] ANNOUNCE: first release moved back two weeks

October 16 is our new first release date.  The date for release two 
and all future releases is the same as before.  Mathieu Roy, system
administrator of the Savannah project, is committed to helping make
Savannah "arch compatible", and hopefully this will happen in the next
couple days.  If it doesn't, the freedesktop.org project has offered us
the needed sftp service.
