[xougen] ANNOUNCE: delays in the release

Xouvert isn't dead, but my own contributions have been cut back for the
past month.

Starting on October 6, I suddenly had to start dealing with a family and
legal battle, because someone got greedy.  I am in no danger of losing
the battle, but it is taking 1-2 days per week of my time and will
continue to for the next couple months.

Because I was blind-sided, for the past few weeks I have had to do
without access to any of my computer equipment, clothes, books, or
anything else of the cool things I've built up and accumulated over the
years.

Hopefully within the next week I will be able to retrieve my things and
set up a reasonable work environment that doesn't disturb my new
hypochondriac roommates.

Sorry for taking so long to write to the list; until today I didn't have
steady or reliable internet access.  Now I do; a friend donated a
computer AND set up a permanent internet connection.
