Looks fine :-)
A few suggested changes:
(a) add a "set priority idle" to analyse.txt, otherwise gnubg will suck
the life out of your computer
(b) use "C:\gnubg\gnubg-no-gui.exe< commands\analyse.txt >> analyse.log"
to collect the results in analyse.log.
I assume '>>' exists on windows.
