W can answer M6 at M7. After B:M6 W:M7 B:N6 W:L6 B:J2 W:M10 maybe
W is in better shape than if B simply plays J2. White loses a
little eye shape locally but moves out faster.

The patch is in the CVS. There is a test at move 62 in
ninestones:640.
