We can make email sent out, but we like the sender(From:)
is real user, not shared account.
For example, in $CVSROOT/CVSROOT/passwd, there are two entries,
jliu:ULtgRLXo9nrX8
test:MTW3Unvity93x:pubcvs
When 'jliu' make commit, the email is from 'jliu'.
When 'test' make commit, the email is from 'pubcvs'
We want that when 'test' make commit, the email is from 'test',
even acturally job run as 'pubcvs'.
