Of course, I know.

His patch contains libjcode library, of which licence is not 
clear. So I replaced libjcode with other distributable (GPL)
code.

My question is how should I generate configure with automake, 
autoconf. I tryed:

aclocal ;  automake --gnu ; autoconf

but failed.
