Download the word list, edit it to remove any words you don't want
suggested, then rebuild the dictionary file from the modified word
list and use that dictionary with aspell.

Or else handle it in the front end.  If your application is Web-based,
for example, just remove words you don't like from the suggestions
list before they are presented to the user.
