Follow-up Comment #19, patch #8186 (project autoconf-archive):
Thanks Daniel. I've pushed that version to PostgreSQL git master, and the
buildfarm is happy with it. I collected the PTHREAD_CFLAGS values chosen on
each platform in the buildfarm, before and after this change, and they all
look good to me.

PTHREAD_CFLAGS can be seen at:
