What gives you that idea?

For example, a lot of recent bug fixes have to do with zsh, but that's
because zsh got really popular all of a sudden due to its use as
/bin/sh in MacOS X.  Until recently, hardly anybody used 'configure'
with 'zsh', and so nobody noticed zsh's bugs.
