The problem is that you don't have gettext.  Install it.

The following  cries are about gettext:
> ./ line 148: gettextize: command not found
> required file `intl/' not found
> required directory ./intl does not exist

(The instl subdir should be created by gettextize.)

All other warnings you mailed
