If you are talking about the driver, then click yes to install it anyway. Again - you'll get better information by posting on the Sparkfun forums. They are selling this device so they should support it.

Thanks guys,
I just installed the driver. But it is saying that the device is not digitally signed.
And so again the avrdude command is giving the same error.
Even when i give the command :
avrdude -p m128rfa1 -c usbtiny -F
# -F for overriding invalid digital signature
I get the error.

n.b: did you install the original driver by sparkfun?:
www.sparkfun.com/datasheets/Programmers/pocketprog-driver.zip

A friend of mine gave the hint to delete the unknown device from the
system after installing the driver, then let windows search for new
devices again. I hope this will work.
