If that is true then it certainly shows how much
I do not understand about CVS! It was not my
intention to remove the new algebra/Makefile.pamphlet
and I know for certain that it was *not* removed or
backed-out to the old version in the directory from
which I updated the CVS since I did a build of Axiom
right from that directory and ran the regression
tests.

Odd.
