The standard is written in XML using the DocBook DTD.  We generate
XHTML+MathML (the normative version) and PDF via LaTeX (non-normative)
using XSLT.  We could probably make the source form and our stylesheet
available when the final version is released if that would help, but for
forms sake I'd like to check with the rest of the OpenMath Executive
Committee before doing so.
