Waldek already stated that it hasn't. 

You see, I really need wh-sandbox because of three reasons:

* HyperDoc "users" and "dependents" works

* there are many algebra bug fixes

* it contains my guessing package

(the last item depends on the second item, but the first item also is extremely
helpful)
