[baby-devel] Prerelease of BabyChess 14

The development version 14.pre.10 of BabyChess is available in source
form at <http://user.cs.tu-berlin.de/~kunegis/babychess/devel/>.
Version 14 is planned to be released in a few weeks.

If you can, please test this release:

1)    $ make

2)    Adjust the Makefile as explained in `INSTALL'. 

3)    $ make install


Please report failures and success compilations if possible.  If you
can, please also mention your operating system and compiler version.
