David wrote that message just as he left for LSM.  I don't think Mark
will check the H.323 stuff in until after David gets back from LSM,
where he is demonstrating it.  Mark Lipscombe got the H.323 stuff
working and should also get credit for the implementation of multiple
driver support, which is not mentioned below but will be part of the
same checkin.
