When you refer to the module support in the configuration file I assume that you are taking about this option:

 

 

The file that Bayonne is looking for (mysql.sql) does not exist.  I have seen on the mysql site there are a number of API's that can be installed to addition support.  But I am not sure as to which one it should be.
