Is this a .wav file generated outside of Bayonne? If so, what is it's format? If you have the new ccaudio 1.3 with audiotool, what does audiotool --info report or does that also fail?

Hi,
I just took a peek at the latest testing release of
bayonne, and it can't play wav files. If you use play xxx
where xxx is a wav file, bayonne will die with a floating
point error. However, it can play and record au files fine.

Also, I noticed that the latest version also cannot do
child and parent communication unless I put in the patch
which was in the previous mail I sent, titled "Send message
from child to parent".

Another thing, if I use commands like echo "start 0 dial"

/var/...bayonne.ctrl, it works, but if I try to pass in a

parameter (the exact syntax escapes me ...but it's something
like this)

echo "set 0 test 100" > var/../bayonne.ctrl

bayonne will segfault.

If, however, I make a call to bayonne, THEN use that echo
command, it'll work fine.
Either that, or if I use the sound card driver, then that
will be fine too.

I'm currently using the dialogic driver .. I wonder if it's
an issue with that ....

Any comments?

Thanks!
