[Bayonne-devel] Wiki based Bayonne 2 manuals going online for shared editing thanks to Puria

Puria has been working on making the Bayonne2 install and scripting 
guides available for shared editing through the wiki!  So far, the 
install guide is done and the scripting guide is in progress.

In future distributions, these manuals will be constructed from 
snapshots of the wiki rather than from tex.  With the manuals for 
bayonne2 now online, it should be possible for everyone to help 
contribute to improving completeness and accuracy.

In the future I will use the wiki to similarly document the Bayonne2 
variant of BayonneXML, which is slowly converging with CC/CallXML, and 
perhaps document the Bayonne2 implementation of serverResponse XML.
