[be] [bug #27366] dialogs too tall for small screen

Follow-up Comment #4, bug #27366 (project bibledit):

Is it possible to make the dialogs resizable, or to give them scroll bars, so
it doesn't matter what size the screen is.
In case not, here are the screen sizes that I can find for the different
models -- perhaps these figures will provide the information you need:
model 700: 800x480 pixels
model 900: 1024X600
model 1000xx: 1024x600
