Paul, Joel or Akim, are any of you in authority to review this patch? or
should I be posting somewhere else?

At this point, all I really want is a consensus that will determine if 
the attempt made in this patch to implement a push parser in bison is OK 
or not.

I would then like to determine how I should modify the manual and the
test suite to get a more polished patch ready.
