Please look at the corresponding part of the config.log file, it
contains the error output.  Also read this explanation about this type
of failure:
http://www.gnu.org/software/autoconf/manual/html_node/Present-But-Cannot-Be-Compiled.html
and show both to the qslim maintainer, who can then fix it in the
configure.ac script.
