I've noticed that the manual mentions GNU Coding Standards in severallocations, including chapter 1, but without any link. If anyone wantsto beat me to a patch, I think we should follow the example of Automakehttp://www.gnu.org/software/automake/manual/automake.html#GNU-Build-Systemand include a link to the GCS on our first mention.
