We got a report on webmasters that the links

didn't resolve.  I know I have failed to implement a good external
cross-reference mechanism in Texinfo.  Still in the works.

As a workaround until that glorious day comes, I added a .symlinks file
in automake/manual/html_mono to try to make them resolve.  Hope that
doesn't disturb anything.
