I wouldn't change the defaults on a given system. case-sensitive for
Linux and most UNIX, case-insensitive for Windows, OS/2, Mac OS X. The
problem with moving the repository from one filesystem to another
existed anyhow and in fact might cause files to be overwritten by the
`cp' command moving from a case-sensitive system to a case-insensitive
one and I hope an administrator would already be aware of that.
Actually, I take that back, I will likely change the defaults slightly
as I think FILENAMES_CASE_INSENSITIVE is not currently being defined
correctly on Mac OS X.
